Professional lawyer, works in Television Industry Committee (TIC) since 2009, appointed as Director in 2015.

Igor Koval is a member of the working and expert groups created for the development of the TV, advertising and media, in particular: Head of the Public Council of Ukrainian State Film Agency, Member of the Public Councils to the Parliamentary Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information Policy, to National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine, to State Committee for Television and Radio of Ukraine and other.

Mr. Koval also represents TIC in Industrial Gender Committee on Advertising and is taking part in Expert Council on the selection of cinema projects for the provision of state financial support for the production (creation) and distribution of patriotic films at the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.

Besides that, Igor Koval is a Member of the jury of the ADAMI Media Prize for Cultural Diversity in Eastern Europe.

TIC, managed by Igor Koval, annually organizes major media events: National Television Award «Teletriumf», «Television as Business» conference, «MediaLaw» conference, as well as other relevant events, in particular, within the framework of the Ukrainian Media School and Media Career.
